convenient shuttle breakfast variety friendly staff
The hotel provided a shuttle to DMCC Metro, Marina Mall, and JBR. This proved convenient. The breakfast included a variety of options and offered great service. I found the staff very friendly. They were always ready to help.
The emergency light in the room made it somewhat bright at night, a little difficult to sleep soundly.

professional staff spacious room complimentary drinks affordable breakfast
The hotel staff were professional. Esha and Dev provided great service during check-in and check-out. My room was spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the complimentary drinks offered upon arrival by Vanessa. I also appreciated the affordable breakfast.
The floor and hand towels could have been cleaner. There was also a slight musty smell in the room, likely due to humidity and lack of sunlight.

warm welcome pleasant stay helpful staff clean room
i appreciated the staff's warm welcome. Moe, she is really good! fahad was also very helpful. the room was very clean.
The breakfast buffet was a little basic. Though everything else was great.

wagah Border restaurant offered delicious food, especially the masala chai. Champions bar was also great, a wonderful place to spend the evening. i enjoyed the variety of options available there.
